When can I actually use this?
Tender Intelligence enters closed beta in Q3 2026 with Founding Partner firms only. Full launch is Q1 2027. The remaining three modules — Commercial Engine, Project Delivery and Compliance — roll out in stages through 2027 and into 2028. How does it integrate with our existing ERP and accounts system?
ConstructEther is the commercial layer — it sits above your accounts ERP and pushes approved transactions to it. When the Commercial Engine ships in Stage 2, integration with Sage 200, COINS, Eque2, Causeway, Xero and most major UK ERPs will be supported via direct integration. Your finance team keeps the ledger they know; your commercial team gets the workflow they don't currently have.
What's the rollout for a 50-project portfolio?
We start with one live tender to prove the data model against your actual workflow — typically two weeks. From there, the platform scales horizontally. New tenders mobilise in days using your existing rate libraries, BoQ templates and supply-chain data. A 50-project pre-con pipeline is fully onboarded inside one quarter, not one year — and you don't pause bidding to do it.
How is data security handled — especially on BSA-relevant projects?
UK-hosted, ISO 27001-aligned, with role-based access for sensitive project data. For BSA-relevant projects, the golden thread evidence (when Compliance ships in Stage 4) is held in an immutable audit log — every change versioned and timestamped, so the record is defensible at gateway and in any future legal review. Suitable for HRBs, government schemes and security-vetted projects.
